Sundragon Paintball Products & Supplies not only offers paintball equipment to our customers but we offer our own line of signature paintball products as well. Sundragon Products are designed, engineered and fabricated with a great emphasis on function and quality. Sundragon Products will be tested for full integrity before released to the paintball community without deceptive pre-hype. SPPS plans to build a rapport with our patrons of offering solid quality products designed and engineered by enthusiasts that live and breathe the sport of paintball just the same as they do. Guaranty:

We guaranty that your products will arrive in a quick timely manner whenever you order from the SPPS site. Any submissions of product, order, or even general questions or concerns will be normally responded to within 24 hours of submittal.

Conditions of Purchases and Returns:

All purchasers of paintball markers must be 18 years of age or older. Purchasers agree to abide to all local laws and regulations in their area. Purchasers are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed if applicable.

You have 1 week from the date of delivery to decide whether you want to keep or return your newly purchased product from SPPS. If you wish your package insured, you must request so before making your order. Used  or damaged products of any type may not be returned. We have the option to deem weather the product has been used or damaged once received and inspected. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs of said used or damaged products if deemed as such by the SPPS staff. The retail value of any free item we included with your order may be reduced from the final return sum at our discretion.

All defective products must be repaired, replaced, exchanged, refunded by the manufacturer of that product. We will not accept exchanges or returns of any defective merchandise unless it is of the SPPS product line, otherwise please contact the manufacturer. SPPS products are warranted of material and workmanship for a 30 day period from the day of delivery. Most manufactures provide a full parts and labor warranty on merchandise as well. Please contact them for any details of such warranties. Any damage issues due to shipping must be taken up with the shipping provider. All products are visually inspected before being shipped from SPPS.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns or refused packages.  Most all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and any administrative and handling fees if applicable. SPPS reserves the right to modify the shipping charges of any order that did not calculate properly. You may want to insure your return, we cannot be responsible for damaged, lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturers packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion. Original or copy of original SPPS invoice must be included with all refunds.

No returns will be accepted without MRA (Merchandise Return Authorization) number. Contact our office by e-mail at customerservices@sundragonpps.com  for your MRA number. You are required to post it clearly on the outside of the returned box. Any packages returned to SPPS without an MRA number clearly posted on the outside of the package will be refused and the sender will be fully responsible for any return postage.

Sundragon Paintball Products & Supplies will not be held responsible for typographical errors on this site. Any photographs provided on this site are purely for visual purposes only.

SPPS will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for all orders delivered to addresses within the state of Florida. All other customers are responsible for any sales taxes or other applicable taxes on orders shipped to any other state.
