How Do I Order From SPPS?
Good question....let's find out how


We would like to provide you with some info concerning the ordering process here at SPPS. If this illustrated tutorial doesn't apply to a possible concern you may have with completing your order at SPPS, you can always drop us a line by clicking on the 'Contact Inforamation' block in the main menu then submit a question or comment at your convenience.

At the time of composing this tutorial, we do not ship nor take funds of other contries abroad. We do ship to contries inhabited by the US such as Puerto Rico and Guam or any others that fall into that distinct catagory. We do ship to military personel abroad as well providing PayPal verifies the APO address supplied with the order.

We only ship orders to the verified address that PayPal provides us. This is for security reasons and is our bound agreement with PayPal. We cannot ship to any other address or it is a breach of our agreement terms with PayPal. In most cases this address is the billing address that is associated with the customers bank account, credit card account or PayPal account. If you provide any other address as a shipping address, it could result in a delay of your order or worse case scenario, cancellation of your order with a full refund.

Please provide a valid phone number with your order. In some cases we may need to contact you of a concern with your order. If you leave an invalid number or a number that is never answered by anything other than an answering machine or voicemail,  it could result in a delay of your order or worse case scenario, cancellation of your order with a full refund.

Now onward with an illustrated ordering process from beginning to the end.......


When viewing the item(s) you want to purchase, click on the Add To Cart button.

 

 

 

 

 

 



It will automatically add that item to your shopping cart and show you what items are in your cart as illustrated below. If there is no add to cart button shown in the description of the item you're looking at, it's most likely out of stock or unavailable for purchase. You may view your shopping cart contents at any time during your visit here by simply clicking on the View Cart tab in the main menu to the upper left of your screen.

 

 

 

 

 

 



You may increase the quantity by simply increasing the number in the Quantity box then click on the Update tab. If you wish to remove the item from your cart, click on the Remove X. If you want to add different items from our store to your order, click on the Continue Shopping tab and repeat the aforementioned. When finished adding all the items and quantities of items to your shopping cart, click on the Checkout tab which will take you to the secured checkout screen illustrated below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you are a new SPPS customer, please fill in your name and a password you'll remember next time you order from us in the Create A New Account column to the left then click on Create Account.

Fill in all the necessary info such as name, address, ect on the next screen entitled Shipping and Billing Details shown below. Please take note that if the shipping and billing address do not match the address of your credit card or PayPal account, it could result in a failed order attempt, delayed shipping of your order or worse case scenario, cancellation of your order with a full refund.

In the Billing Information section of this page, click on the Same as Billing Information dot since we do not offer shipping to any address other than the billing address. Please click on and read our Privacy Policy. If you agree, click into the box to confirm that you do agree. If you do not agree, you have the option of terminating your order at this point. If you wish to proceed with the order, click on the Next Step bar.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you have already made an account with us previously, filling in all the information above is unnecessary. Simply type in the User Name and Password you used last time you ordered in the Logon To Existing Account column to the right in the Express Checkout window. All the info you provided us from your last order has been retained for any time you order here at SPPS in the future.

Please review your shipping and billing info. If anything needs to be changed, kindly do so now by clicking on the [Change] icon available below your information. Click on the USPS First Class dot to confirm your shipping choice which is our flat rate $5 shipping. From this point click on the Next Step bar to continue to the Payment Options screen of the checkout process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kindly read our guarantee and return policy information then click into the square box to confirm that you have read and agree with them. If you do not agree, you have the option of terminating your order at this point.

We offer PayPal as our e-commerse provider. You need not be a PayPal member to pay for your order through PayPal. You may use most any credit or debit card as payment as well by making a temporary account that will be deleted immediately after you finish the payment process.  More info concerning that is provided in the Checkout Options portion of this page. Whether using PayPal or a credit card as payment for your order, please click on the Pay Via PayPal icon at the bottom of this page which will bring you to the next window.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
From this point, click on the PayPal bar which will take you to the secured PayPal website to finish your ordering process. This may take a minute so please be patient.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you choose to make payment on your order through PayPal and are an existing member, please fill in your PayPal Email and Password info in the Log in to PayPal box to the right of the screen. If you are specifically using a credit or debit card whether a PayPal member or not, do not type anything in this box. Once logged into your PayPal account, kindly click to confirm your payment for your SPPS order. Once the confirmations have been completed, you should be taken back to the SPPS website for any further navigation tasks you might have here.

If you are using a credit or debit card to make your purchase(Please disregard the Log in to PayPal box to the right), click on the Continue tab to the left just under the credit card images. It will take you to the next screen below. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kindly fill in the information to the left of the screeen. Again, please disregard the Log in to PayPal box to the right since you are not using a PayPal account as means of payment. Once you fill in all the pertinent info, please double check the info to be sure there are no errors then click the Review Order and Continue tab below. The next window will show you an overview of your order and information you provided. Review the info then kindly click to confirm your payment for your SPPS order. Once the confirmations have been completed, you should be taken back to the SPPS website for any further navigation tasks you might have here.

You will receive 1 order confirmation e-mail from SPPS, and 1 payment confirmation e-mail from PayPal shortly following the completion of the aforementioned processes. Both will be sent to the same e-mail address you provided when filling in your info. If you do not receive an e-mail from PayPal verifying payment of your order, chances are there was some sort of error made and your order will not be shipped due to the failed funding completion of your order. You might check the spam folder of your e-mail provider to see if it was booted there as well.

Once your SPPS order has been shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail from us stating so with a USPS confirmation number so you may track the shipping progress of your order at the tracking section of the USPS website.
