This is the best assurance that you won't need to replace that expensive HPA tank regulator or the valve of your C02 tank from inadvertently dropping it. If you bend the top flange of either, you'll need to replace them because the tank will not seal properly any more. Simply screwing one of these aluminum thread protectors on will insure this will not happen. These thread protectors are made from quality aluminum for maximum protection not some cheesy plastic that can be easily cracked. These thread protectors come in a choice of red, black, blue or polished silver.
