It's a fact that Spyder's just don't run well when using a regular 9v battery. The boards were designed specifically to run off this 9.6v battery. Why spend $5 on a battery to just throw it away after a couple days of play, when you can purchase 1 rechargeable and use it for literally years? These are the brand new issue Java batteries, not ones that have been sitting on the shelf for the past 5 years. This battery is compatible with all Spyder electronic e-frames.
This is a replacement for Kingman part #JE1015 in your manual.
