When combined with the velocity adjuster back plug(part #260/STP011 sold separately), this style of velocity adjuster & spring guide shaft has replaced the older style velocity adjuster wheel of the past. When adding this part to the #260/STP011 plug, there is no further need for the older style spring guide and flat disk either.
To adjust the velocity you simply use an Allen wrench. Simplicity with less parts, voila!
This is a replacement for Kingman part #296/VTA001/08 or any of the other 'VTA' prefix VASG numbers in your manual.
