When combined with the velocity adjuster spring guide(sold separately), this style of velocity adjuster plug assembly has replaced the older style velocity adjuster wheel of the past. When adding the velocity adjuster spring guide to this plug, there is no further need for the older style spring guide and flat disk either.
To adjust the velocity you simply use an Allen wrench. Simplicity with less parts, voila!
This is a replacement for Kingman part #260/STP011 or any of the other 'STP' numbers of a similar design configuration in your manual.
